I suppose this is more suited to be in the Link Module queue. However, this could be a nice feature for more than just links.
Duplicate checking.
Example, just like when you submit a story to Digg.com, and it's a duplicate.
User submits a URL, thinking it's new .. but it's a duplicate so this module would alert them that their link is a duplicate.
This could be nice for more than just links.
