I've re-enabled, cleared cache and re-enabled multiple times but I cannot find the admin settings for this module. Whenever I enable it takes me to the 'confirm' url - the page that shows up when you need to enable an extra module, but the page lists out all the modules I have for the site instead. It installs, I just can't located the settings. I just want to stop it from offering to display signature on everything but the forum, but I can't. Help?

The main settings appear to be incorporated into admin/config/people/accounts

However, in order to specify which content types should have signatures, you need to do choose Manage Display and Comment Display for those content types (e.g. admin/structure/types/manage/forum/display and admin/structure/types/manage/forum/comment/display).
