Videos not loaded on subsequent pages

I've recently implemented Views Infinite Scroll on the default Frontpage View that comes with the Views module. Part of the content produced on the frontpage are videos which are added to the site using functionality provided by the Video Module. Unfortunately videos are not loaded on any pages after the first when using Infinite Scroll. I have seen similar reports related to flash (etc) content not being loaded by Infinite Scroll but have not been able to find a patch or solution.

Is this a known issue with Infinite Scroll or would this likely be due to my Drupal configuration?
