Not quite sure how to describe this issue so please bear with me

Since the upgrade to 7.x-3.18 everytime a webform is submited on my site it creates a new entry instead of appending it to the webform for further analysis (see image webform.jpeg) each entry is a person who has visited the site and completed a "contact us" webform

as such there are no details visible in analysis or submissions, it is simply blank

My current setup is as follows

1. Created a "Contact Us" content type
2. Home » Administration » Configuration » Content authoring
I have associated the "Contact Us" content type as a Webform-enabled content types
3. Created the menu link for people to enter their details

Can you advise what might be wrong here?

I think you're describing #1562756: Webform "admin/content/webform" page should only show nodes with webform configuration, not all webform-enabled types, which was a bug that we just fixed. It's not in the 3.19 version unfortunately, so if you want to fix that problem on your own site you can either manually apply the patch in that issue, use the 3.x-dev version, or wait for 3.20 to come out. If I misunderstood your request and that issue doesn't seem related, please set the status of this issue back to active.
