I loose my dropdown menus on SOME pages (panels) when upgrading to D7.21! I cant leave my site broken so I cant provide a URL. I fear I missed something in manually upgrading to 1.8

I fixed by using Nice Menus and formatting it appropriately. How can I remove hoverintent.js from the THEME?

Delete dropdown.js and jquery.hoverIntent.minified.js from theme's js folder.
I am sorry but I can not reproduce the bug you are experienced.
