Workbench access "section" will not persist on a multilingual setup unless a user clears the menu cache.

For example, if edit node/5 which is assigned to section test, and then i edit node/6, a translation of node/5, and select a different section for it, node/5 will become unassigned until I clear the menu cache.

I'm tempted to call that a feature because I'm not entirely sure how it can be supported out of the box.

Can you tell if it's an issue with the menu cache or with Workbench Access' own caching?

agentrickard, I'm not sure how i would be able to tell if this is a problem coming from the menu's cache or workbench access' cache. IF you can provide me with some pointers I'd definitely try them out. As i mentioned above, clearing the menu's cache seems to fix the issue, but i have to clear it every time i edit a piece of content.

I am using Workbench Access 7.x-1.0+52-dev, so maybe this has been fixed in the latest version? I had to use the dev version because there was a patch i had to apply against it.

Thanks for the reply,

All of the patches in that version are in 7.x.1.2, which has lots of bugfixes.

I suspect something like #1794544: Tree cache not always updated has fixed this.

Upgrading to the latest version of the module (7.x-1.2) seemed to have fixed the issue. Thanks.
