I'm starting a new issue for this because the previous issue is old and refers to 6.x-3.14. However, a new comment was just added to it last week from someone using 6.x-3.18 also.

For the last 6 months or so we've been using the same two webforms, each of which send emails that include all the email values. All the boxes in the values section are checked. We just moved to a new host this week, but haven't changed anything else in the webforms, and suddenly they are not displaying some of the values.

The values in question are optional, and if there is data in them, they are displayed, so it's not a showstopper. But our old emails showed the empty fields and now they don't.

I set up a new email and it had the same problem. I can't imagine why these would have changed, and I can't think how else to troubleshoot the problem.

(And by the way, I LOVE webform and am deeply grateful that it is here. Thanks!)

Hmm, Webform doesn't have any ability to now show only non-empty values in e-mails. It's a frequent feature request though at #749360: Display only the non empty fields in the email.

So I'm not sure how this problem could have come up, as Webform doesn't have the ability to show only non-empty fields to begin with. I would check if you've done any custom theming on your e-mails (as mentioned in some of the suggestions in that other issue).
