A role restriction option in the block configuration page for mongodb_block such as the core block UI has would be much appreciated.

Currently, when you click configure on a block on the mongodb block UI screen at admin/structure/mongodb_block, you there is no option to restrict the block to users of certain roles.

No answer in 5 years, 7.x is a legacy branch for which no new code is being developed, and the block component has been unmaintained since mid-2014, so marking won't fix.
