Hi,
Since we installed the boost module the sites do not appear to be updating despite setting up cron correctly.
For example if you are logged in as a user you can see the new posts.
If you are not logged in you see the psots from the previous day. It appears that the site is refreshing every 24 hours despite the regular cron.
The site is www.frostfirepulse.com
regards
Chris

ron williams commented+1 with this problem. We've ran cron manually several times to see if the purging/updating of files would remove the current cache on the frontpage with no luck. In addition we've configured cron running the wget and lynx method every other minute (note we also have ffmpeg video encoding occurring) without changes to the frontpage.
We did have some update cache issues coming from the affiliates module, but we disabled this.

pnlnl commented+1 on this... but i have a different approach on this, i think that the site is not being updated because of the http headers, so i think if you delete your browser's cache, you will see the update, can you confirm on this? but the problem is that you can't ask your visitors to delete their browser's cache, so I'd like to see a method that allows to control the http headers...

Arto commentedI will not be supporting the 4.7.x version any longer, but if somebody figures this out and posts a patch (provided there actually is a bug, and not merely client-side or proxy caching issues), I will certainly commit it to CVS.
