We shouldn't limit the selection of attributes.

I suggest having a text field you can write the whole attribute pair in . Similar to Display Suite expert mode.

So, get rid of all the hard-coded attributes and just have a textfield into which you can add anything?

Remove all of the hardcoded attributes and replace with a text field?

One thing to consider is whether we want to whitelist the attributes that can be added (which semantic_panels actually does) or add a new permission or not.
