Search only terms that starts with the typed word.

Autocomplete deluxe finds needless terms. Example: if you type "apple", it finds "apple" and "pineapple"; I need it should find only "apple".
It would be a good feature to choose whether to search terms that contain the word or only terms that starts with the typed word.
