i download the phpbb2drupal. it works at my localhost without any problem
but when i start to make it on the server i faced this problem

The database type is unsupported. Please use either mysql for MySQL 3.x & 4.0.x databases, mysqli for MySQL 4.1.x+ databases, or pgsql for PostgreSQL databases. The database information is in your settings.php file.

i make a change with sittings from mysql to mysqli the same thing
it's only appear when i at this link .....admin/settings/phpbb2drupal
so what is the solution
every thing going ok except this link

i went to the database i didn't notice the phpbb2drupal tables i don't know why?

i guess the problem because i upgrade php mysql
it shows me this error

Your PHP MySQL library version 3.23.49 differs from your MySQL server version 5.0.16. This may cause unpredictable behavior.

that's on local host, because after doing it, the local appear just the same as online server
so, what should i have to do?
i am thinking about upgrading PHP MySQL library, but it doesn't assume that it will work.
