Specify field-level defaults

Just a suggestion for site-builder convenience here. When I add a field to an entity type/bundle, generally speaking (even if I have 20 view modes on it) the markup will be the same across all view modes, for that field.

So how about (in the same was as Fences) adding in a Default field format setting into the field instance settings form, allowing a field-level default to be specified when creating the field.

Then I don't have to click through all the view modes setting it to the same thing! Win!
