I am looking for a way to delete the last attachment for the Issue Summary on http://drupal.org/node/1950990

P.S. I made a mistake in (not re-)naming the file, revealing the clients name, so it would be much appreciated if this attachment could be deleted.

We can't delete the attachment on its own, we can only delete the node and the attachment with it.
