I have been importing products several times, but this error is new, I use same xcel sheet so it worked before.

For dimensions I have width, height, lenght and dimension unit in in

it worked before, so why is it not working now?

I am using latest ubercart

I added products manually and it works, your shit module does not work at all.
Now I have to add all products by hand, over 5000 items

such a buggy shit module
