I installed the Forums moduel, enabled "comments" and "taxonomy" as necessary, created forum categories and containers. But when I try to post new topic, it doesn't show up and all the topics are still at 0 even though it says that the new topic was created. I do choose the forum category and everything, but it still doesn't work. Does anyone encounter that kind of problem?

Have you tried creating another user and ensuring that it has all the privileges and tried posting to see if this happens still?

It is likely a permission issue or something of that sort.

I have (maybe) the same problem. I've updated drupal a the last version (5.19) and the forum module. I've also added the "forum access" module, but i think it's not really important. By the way, all the topics I create go in the forum with ID="0", but the url is "/node/add/forum/5" so the forumID it's will be the number 5! I've also checked the code for the "action" attribute of the form and point to the same url!!!

I have to create a new type of content for each forum?
