Hello,

I like to keep my css in external files as it is easier to edit them. Would be nice to be able to specify a css file, in addition to pasting css code in a rule.

Sorry, that's not part of the mission of this module. Really, you'll want to just use files in a theme, which is really the *normal* way to do CSS. If you want it in a file, put it as part of the theme.
