hello!

thanks to the contributors for the module!

I m using IEF to create customs items ( A ) from a custom type (B), my specific role has the permissions to create /modify/delete A and B.
My main concern is that unless I enable the "Bypass content access control" permission for this specific role, it cannot see the "Add new Node" button in the form!

Could i get help please

Hi,

I have the same issue.
with the widget iInline entity form - Single value I see the complete entity form in the standard theme. But with the widget multiple values, I cannot see the "Add new Node" button in the form!
I alreday try to disable entity module.
How did do to fix this problem ?
Did you uninstall completly the entity module, with the suppression of the folder ?

THanks.

I also have the same issue.
As a admin I can see the "Add new Node" button but every other user can't.

I'm using 7.x-1.3, is there a fix for this?

The users need to have "create" permissions for the node type(s) you are managing via IEF if you want that button to show up.

The user (role) has the permission to create, update and delete the node type.

Does anyone else have this problem? Or even better a solution?

I described two possible problems:
- Insufficient permissions (if it shows up for admin, that's it)
- Entity API bug (try latest -dev).
If it's not one of those two, reopen this issue with a patch.
