From #1952724: missing schema : Unable to download ... comments # 5 (description) and # 6 (patch), I've found that using https to download photoswipe resolves our issue saying this:

Unable to download photoswipe from http://github.com/downloads/codecomputerlove/PhotoSwipe/code.photoswipe-3.0.5.zip.
