During install I noticed that there are two fieldset borders. (see image)
Also, it is hard to overwrite installation tasks since this will change the form id and Shiny uses the form id as selector.
Patch attached that adresses these issues.

Sorry, the above patch makes things worse when installing using a non-english locale.
Please ignore this issue.
