I'm not quite sure why this is disabled anyway, it's screwing up one of our sites.

If I understand the code right, should be a simple enough fix, just add z-index to the "define('SWEAVER_CTOOLS_ALLOWED_PROPERTIES', [...])" constant definition.

Add "z-index" in field "Allowed Properties"
