Blank Navigation item

Problem/Motivation

When I hover over blank Navigation item, it shows 'l10n_client/save'
If I click on the Navigation link, I get the following error:
"\u003Cdiv class=\u0022l10n-client-feedback message-error\u0022\u003ENot saved due to missing form values.\u003C\/div\u003E"
No error message shows up in the log file.

I discovered this bug when studying Chapter 8, "Multiligual Sites" from Using Drupal 2nd Edition.
