I'd like to do an overhaul of the settings form and provide
- a checkbox for each available service,
- #states to show the URL fields only when the box is checked
- a second checkbox for "Use Drupal's internal RSS feed" that is checked by default for RSS

Also thinking about: 1 site-wide settings form for setting defaults for all instances of the above?
