In ajax_comments.module line 503 ajax_comments_remove_status(&$_SESSION)

Global session variable shouldn't be passed into the function, it has access to it anyways.

Also this will cause a fatal error in php 5.4

I'm really sorry but i just took over maintainership and didn't realize that this was fixed already in #1559356: Incompatibility with PHP5.4
