According to these:

Proper Case should be used. So, "Language Icons" instead of "Language icons".

Can't say I'll be sorry to fix this one, only that I'm sorry I ever caved in in #310859: Various string issues. :)

Anyway. Fixed in 6.x-2.x, 7.x-1.x, and the module description now. Feel free to reopen if I forgot some place.
