Imagine we have a file entity that has another file as field. When we first create that entity an edit form appears that allows us to add any fields it has, including any file fields. When we click "Add" another popup appears but it's misplaced. See the screenshot attached.

This should be fixed in the latest -dev as part of #1972628: Browser size doesn't fit it's content.
