Patch is incorrectly made; it's only removing code, not adding any.

Sorry, I can see now that the list function was moved into a sub-module, can you test with the attached file?

Can you explain a little more about all the changes this makes to the module? There seem to be a LOT of changes besides just changing the lists to entities.

I would also like to know the reason behind and why you want to change the lists into entities ? What do you see as the benefit of having the lists as entities ?
