i'm wondering if i downloaded and installed 4.5.2 or some other not yet-fully ready version, and that is why i'm having some of the forum, and rss problems...

i didn't realize that it wasn't a comment directly to me until after i'd posted...after many hours frustrated with my printf() too few args problem, i was a bit loopy. too much radiation seeping into my eye balls for one day:)
