Multiple selections in views

I do not know if it is possible by Drupal/shs design, but a needed feature anyway. Have seen some non-drupal sites with this
Btw, in node creation form everything works, except that first field is pre-selected with "FirstTerm", and the second is preselected with "-None-", as it supposed to be (when field is required and more than 1 value).
