Hi, I am building something a bit like this www.edinburghguide.com/venues/restaurants/56north
I have the Gmap working but what I can't figure out is how to have the Gmap linked to the page.
I have created the block and the Gmap works in the block, but I can't figure out how to only have the relevant map show to the relevant restaurant. I'm sure it is simple but trying to figure out the filters is not so easy.

Did you use Location? It has a block that attached to you node and will display the respective map.

Hi, yes I have location but it is nothing to do with location. More to do with showing certain items (images maps etc) that are related to the main page content in a block on the side of the page. When you change the page you get the relevant map and images for that page. I had it working until a combination of a typo messing things up and views update breaking my taxonomy terms I had to wipe the lot and start again. I think I filtered on criteria and not a contextual filter. I was just using the gmap as an example of what I wanted to achieve. Back to the drawing board.

I am going to write here what I did to get it to work again and then I can refer back here again.
Contextual Filter. Add Content: Nid, Provide default value Content ID from URL. Specify validation criteria, Basic Validation. So simple really.
