As stated in the title, Google geocoding from a text field works perfectly fine, but Mapquest Nominatim geocoding returns no results. Is it possible that Mapquest just recently introduced App Keys that aren't integrated into Geocoder Module yet?

Could it be the same issue as #1748412: Geofield Mapquest Geocoder (where there are lots of details and tests)?
