Pop-up window not resizable

Description
When clicking on the TinyMCE plugin button, the pop-up windows comes up as 800x615 but is not resizable, meaning if the 'add asset' window (essentially an 'add image' window) goes too long the submit button is inaccessible. This is in FF/Mac 2.0.0.9.
