This was working in 7.x-2-4, but appears to be broken again in 7.x-2.5
After an upgrade, it's using the auto-generated title even though I've turned off that option and am allowed to put in a new title. But when I save, it's the old auto-gen title that shows up as the product variation title even though I've entered a new one. Also, the title it's using is the original Product Display title from when the product was first created, even though the title has since been changed.
The new title _is_ appearing in the javascript shopping cart options, however. It looks like there are two different titles being saved. The auto-gen one is referenced in Manage Display and the Product Display form for variations. The real one shows up in some other contexts, such as the cart javascript and the product variation display if I check the option that says I want that linked and wrapped in an H2.

adraskoy commentedI just checked this with newly created content, and in this case it is working fine. So, the problem is only when you have content that was created with the auto-gen title enabled, and then you turn off that option.

jsacksick commentedI believe this has been fixed in the dev version (The latest one 2.7 is possibly broken because of a Title module bug).
