Totem
Welcome to the documentation page for the Totem distribution. This area will highlight post-installation configurations to review and verify, as well as tips on extending and customizing the distribution.
Code-level documentation can be found here:

Search
By default, Totem exposes search to anonymous users. Full node content is not exposed to anonymous users, only teaser views -- when a user attempts to drill in further, they are prompted to sign in or register. We felt this treatment gave prospective community members enough of a taste for what a mostly-restricted instance of Totem can do, but still keep members-only community content secure.
This behavior may or may not be appropriate for your organization, depending on your particular needs -- to disable, simply uncheck the anonymous permissions for search at http://example.com/admin/people/permissions#module-search
Facebook support
Totem provides Facebook support in 3 ways: member sign in and registration, invitations to join a community and sharing of access-controlled content to Facebook. All of these are dependent on configuring the fboauth module with an App ID and App Secret that are unique to your domain.
