display the country region town of an action space below its name in the side bar

since the aciton space is rooted in a town - it *might*make sense to make this visible by putting the action space place tags below the "current" action space name in the side bar - so people could click on those an acess the country page , the region page the town page

More information on how people most want this to look would be good for when we do theme vocabularies differently.
