All widgets are gone

There are no widgets shown anymore for Geolocation fields on all forms where it was used. In the field UI there is no select box for the Geolocation field widget neither.
When creating new Geolocation fields or using existing fields in other content types everything is fine.
The last thing I did, was deactivating several modules for performance testing. Also I deactivated the Field UI and the Geolocation google map widget, which was used in all broken fields. They are activated again.
I can't tell if the widgets where there right before deactivating modules.
I don't find a way to recover the widgets of existing Geolocation fields.
