I'm getting this issue with 7.2 dev wysiwyg module and markitUp 1.1.14: the markitUp toolbar is not showing at all, while the text area have the markitUp style.

I have try also the non-dev version of wysiwyg and markitUp 1.1.12, without any success. Is somebody having the same issue or able to help?

Well, I'm too much used to the BUeditor and forgot to proper configure my text formats.

Thanks for letting us know what the problem was. We know users often expect to have a fully set up editor out of the box and there are several hours worth of discussions about this throughout the issue queue. It comes down to deciding which settings to enable by default and having them either match the defaults used in the editor library, or the serverside (text format) settings which ultimately decide what gets rendered...
