Fixed #1352504, bad parameter to call_user_func_array() with newer PHP versions. The hotfix proposed in the issue was close, but not exactly what I ended up using. Also fixed a cosmetic issue where the default section had an extra colon at the end of its title because there was no section name; this incidentally cleaned up another warning with newer PHP versions.

This is a recommended update for all users of the Drupal 6 version.

Added call to db_rewrite_sql() to fix #152963.

Added more options to site longevity display, per #197274 (reopened).

Use users.login instead of users.access timestamp to decide which
accounts have been activated, per #424088.

Cleaned up a couple of t() calls to better follow Drupal best
practices. Translators, please note that po/hof-module.pot has
been re-generated.

Added dependency checks to ensure the required "statistics" module is enabled and that node view counting is turned on. In the latter case, the HOF pages display a warning message to administrators (only) indicating the source of the problem and linking to the admin page where it can be corrected.
