After logging in, the block dissapears. So there is no clickable option for site users to log out or see their profiles. Everything is in its place switching to Responsive Bartik.

no sssweat commentedYou need to active the block, go to blocks and scroll all the way down under the disabled list, look for user menu.

You can also create your own custom block with user menu and logout links
ie: Menu link www.yourdomain.com/user
ie: Logout link www.yourdomain.com/logout
and put a restriction that authenticated users can only see the block.
