Basically, when editing a page, or comment, its looks really nice and works, BUT when the page is saved, all those cool Ckeditor markups disappear and it goes back to plain text :(

Please advise.

It works on edit page, but the Ckeditor markups are not shown on published comment.

Check the text format of the field you're using CKeditor with. It should read "Full HTML" (not plain text).

Please use an appropriate subject title in the future. Topic titles like "OMG this is driving me cwazy" are not going to help anyone further.
