Hi thank you for the module.

Im using centos6 with ffmpeg, I havent installed the php extension for ffmpeg but I can if needed.

When a video gets uploaded I would like it to get converted to a gif.

Is this possible with the video module as it is?

No, this is not currently possible. I read on the internet that this needs an additional tool to join the extracted gif images.
