No specific reason, we were just not on top of updating it on time. I'm updating it now, but there is a Drupal 7 bugfix release coming later today, so will not make a new release yet.

Committing this one. I looked and two patches will be in 7.22, so we'll be that much lighter on core patches once 7.22 is out.
