I tested this theme and it is incompatible with Konqueror 3.4.0.

Can you give more info? "incompatible" is not descriptive enough for what problem you are facing.
Please provide screen shots, they would assist in troubleshooting this.

K3.4. empty title blocks have white boxes. Notice the 1-screen whitespace too. administer screen.

see the screenshot: K3.4. blocks show on the left, not on the right. the table is not ok. the text is mislayed out. too much whitespace. administer screen.

screenshot 6, Konqueror 3.4. the blocks are configured to show up in the right sidebar but the end up in the left one! The table in admin screen is not layed out correctly!
