This module provides several Panels layouts that display correctly on responsive themes. The layouts are designed for the Omega Theme but could be extended for other themes by adding the classes recognized by those themes. I'm not as familar with the other themes so have chosen to focus on compatibility with Omega in first release.
My module differs from other modules such as Panopoly and other modules in that my layouts conform to the grid classes defined in the omega theme meaning my layouts will output in pixel width rather then percentage which provides easier mechanism for serving as container for images. Additionally, I am providing over 100 layouts that not are not limited to panel pages. I have several variations designed to work specifically in mini panels which means a 2, 3 or 4 column layout could be applied to a mini panel and then displayed in a normal fixed width block region yet still act "responsively". With over 100 column variations, my module could be combined with the panels frame module (http://drupal.org/project/panels_frame) to create an infinite number of variations for virtually any layout needs.
