A View with "VotingAPI percent vote result (average)" included will work at first, but eventually fail returning no results. Removing the field and adding it back will enable the page to function properly again for awhile.

Support for the 5.x branch of VotingAPI has ended with the release of Drupal 7 and the upcoming release of VotingAPI 7.x-2.4.
