Is it possible to make so users don't have to retrive there passwords by email, instead thay imput them by themself? If so, how? Now the users at my site have to get the password by the mail, but i wan't them to just select there own... (sorry for my bad english :P)

When i first registered you didn't have to get the password by mail, is there an option, if so where? I can't find it... :(
