Menu reaction doesn't work at all

Hey there,

Please close this if there's an issue already.

Problem: No active class. No matter what's the condition no menu item gets the 'active' class :\

• Drupal 6.28 (Clean installation)
• Context 6.x-3.1 (development release too)
• Ctools 6.x-1.10
• PHP 5.3.1

There's also something else, not sure if it's important and worth a separate issue, or even maybe it's CTools anyway:

When I choose "Menu" as a condition., the "Menu" in the Reactions list disappears, this is intentional right? but I've found a bug here! choose a condition other than Menu, like Node Type, then choose a Menu reaction, then save, then edit, remove the Node type and the Menu is available in the Conditions list! add it and it even works! maybe you should tweak it a bit then, or maybe not!
