Some of the CSS classes are overlapping with the Twitter Bootstrap theme. Actually, this has nothing to do with the theme but with the framework itself since both use the same classes.
I'm attaching some examples of how this looks.
To reproduce just install the theme Bootstrap and download the framework.
I think the best solution is to change the classes and ids of this module to something more unique and specific to the module.
