Ensure payment method modules update to the 2.x branch

This issue stems from #1950354: 2.x Branch for Entities and Rules for Recurring, where we've decided to move forward with a 2.x branch that makes use of the entity system for card on file data. dwkitchen is spearheading the work and is pulling in features from this now deprecated sandbox. The goal is feature parity to ensure existing payment method modules working against the sandbox do not face any regressions in functionality.

Update this list to ensure we get issues created in the appropriate modules. Names in parentheses are the maintainers presumed to be handling the 1.x -> 2.x conversion. Issues should be created in these projects' queues to track the update process, so link them in once they're there.

If any of these sites used features from the now deprecated sandbox that are not in the 2.x branch of Commerce Card on File, please open them as separate issues and cross-link them from this issue so we can keep everything coordinated.
