Attached patchfile affects .module, .inc and.mysql to add an additional location field "name." This is useful for specifying a place of business, meeting point or venue. Also fixed a couple spelling errors.

For some reason, I had to apply the patch manually. But it was pretty much the same and included some extra spelling correction.

I also took care of a bug having to do with the province not displaying correctly in the form when a location-enabled node is being edited.
